About the Role

Exciting opportunity for graduates to kick-start their professional careers and be a part of our ongoing success. As a Graduate on our 2025 program, you will be supported and mentored through a structured and exciting learning & development program. You will be supported by managers and peers and will have extensive exposure to various on-the-job activities. You will have a number of opportunities to network and participate in many social activities, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow Graduates.

About You

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and committed individuals to join the Service Stream Graduate Program.

To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Have completed a minimum three-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university 
  • Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2025
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
  • At the time of application, candidates must hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or PR

Roles are based in Victoria, Melbourne, potential opportunities may be available in Brisbane, QLD and Sydney, NS

What you need to know

  • Service Stream is a project-based business; therefore, candidates must be prepared to relocate to regional areas and interstate when required

  • Start your new role in February 2025
