We Currently are looking for 200+ Care Assistant roles candidates to be deployed in Age Care and Hospitals managed by NSW health.

You will not require to have any healthcare experience or qualifications, so what are you waiting for?

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day companionship and support to residents/patients and their families (including assistance with directions, information on visiting and parking options).
  • Schedule and coordinate calls between patients' family members and the care team. Assist patients in contacting and communicating with their loved ones via mobile technology.
  • Seek direction from, and communicate concerns or identified risks to the nursing team to nursing team members.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (e.g. personal hygiene) and maintenance and fitting of hearing aids and glasses under the direct supervision of a clinical team member.
  • Where appropriate, and under the direct supervision of a clinical team member, provide support to patients/residents who are confused.
  • Under direction, pick-up and drop-off items to and from other wards for clinicians.
  • Maintain a tidy, clean and safe environment around the patient/resident (e.g. putting clothes away, cleaning bedside tables, removing trip hazards).
