This is a position where you can work onsite (with the potential to work from home once trained) within an established and robust nursing team! You'll be set up with all necessary equipment including phone, headset, computer - so this role is perfect if you wish to have a break from face to face or frontline nursing, whilst still using your nursing expertise!

To ensure you feel supported in your new role, you will be provided contemporary clinical decision tools, any required scripting and a broader team who you can rely on.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 0.4FTE (2 shifts) p/wk
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to articulate to a wide variety of patients/customers.
  • Passion to provide clinically sound support and services to the general public and see the difference you make, every day.
  • Proven experience in a call centre, telehealth or similar clinical phone role (desired).
