About the Program
Join us on a structured Graduate Program that supports and encourages you towards a rewarding career within the civil construction industry. These are full-time positions commencing February 2025. An opportunity to commence in 2024 as an undergraduate is also available.
The SEE Graduate Program will see you working across the office and project sites to gain valuable industry experience whilst receiving fantastic support from our experienced managers and mentors.
We have opportunities available in our Infrastructure and Urban Development Teams working on projects across Brisbane, Moreton Bay region, Logan, Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Graduate Engineers are responsible for assisting the project management team with administration, planning and scheduling of daily project activities as well as QA, ensuring workplace health and safety, and managing people/subcontractors to ensure the project meets deadlines. You will be involved in site inspections, solve technical issues, provide advice and help implement project plans. The role demands strong drive to achieve required outcomes, whilst maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
