Administration/Accounting Assistant - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are creating a new role to assist our partners and staff with administrative tasks.  We are seeking someone with attention to detail and good organization skills.  You must be familiar with Office, but we can provide training with our more specialized software.   You will also use Xero, ATO Online Services, ASIC corporate compliance software, share registries, and various other sites.   Tasks will involve, but not be limited to:

• Creating and saving documents on server drives.
• Compiling workpaper supporting documents.
• Printing/scanning.
• Collecting mail, answering phone calls.
• Accounting, audit and general office support as required.

This would suit a student keen to experience an accounting practice environment while gaining valuable experience.
