Exciting opportunity to join our Workplace Experience team as a Receptionist on a 12 month MTC.

As the face of our Sydney HQ you will be a customer service extraordinaire. How you will spend your time:

  • Creating an exceptional arrival experience for employees and visitors to the Sydney office
  • Completing regular walkthroughs of our office to ensure it’s maintained in an orderly and pristine manner
  • Supporting our Workplace Operations Manager to coordinate all operational needs of the Sydney office including building management, deliveries etc
  • Responsible for ordering and stocking all consumables in the building such as beverages, snacks, stationery, toiletries etc
  • Bringing to life and executing on the new starter experience including preparing swag packs and any other moments injected into the ramp up period
  • Supporting events as required
  • Supporting comms activities as required
  • Supporting the entire Workplace Experience team on ad hoc projects
