Royalty Scope Nursing Services demonstrates our person-focused care from our very first point of contact between our organisation and yourself. Before any services start, our Case Manager will develop a care plan based upon your individual needs; we understand this is an essential step to clearly identify & measure goals to help someone live independently in their home. Rather than assuming a patient needs a particular course of action; all care plans and service agreements are devised and based upon your specific needs from our services to ensure the highest quality of personal and clinical care.

Our business was founded by a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience. Our director has shaped our organisation's core to run from our Registered nurses with one sole purpose; to change people's perception about aged care services by putting people first.

We service all areas of the Southeast Sydney District including

Sutherland Shire
Southern Sydney
Eastern suburbs

Recruitment Process

Required Qualifications:

AHPRA Registration (required)
Experience working as a RN, Aged Care, Disability, Home Care (minimum 1 year experience)
Valid NDIS Clearance Check (or willing to obtain)
Medication and Wound Care Experience
Current First Aid/ CPR Certificate
Manual Handling
Current Unrestricted Driver's License/ CTP (required)
Current Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain)
Two professional reference checks
Australian Work Rights

The application process is as follows:

Submit application with relevant documentation and certificates
Once the application is received, our recruitment officer will conduct a brief phone screening to ask you for more details about yourself
If the phone screening is successful; we will then schedule an interview and it will be conducted
If the interview is successful; we will then contact your references and do reference checks
If this all is approved we will then contact you with your start date for orientation
