2021 Draftsperson - Tafe students preferred null

Rossmark Pty Ltd requires a self-motivated and experienced draftsperson to join our
multi-faceted team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for drafting concept plans, 3d modelling, architectural drawings, specifications, authority documentation, submissions, site details & quantities. The role requires a high degree of skill, accuracy and knowledge relating to:

• Architectural software (REVIT preferred)
• General town planning instruments.
• NCC and Australian standards.
• Residential and commercial building practices.
• Client interaction skills

In addition, you must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to provide excellent client relations, be highly computer literate & display flexible professionalism towards assisting in other office duties as required.
