The Company's recruitment process is simple but structured as follows:

1. Job description available for every role to be advertised
2. Expression of Interest as an application which should be accompanied by a CA, cover letter, academic transcripts, if available and which support the educational qualifications for the role for TAFE graduates or nearing completion of their relevant TAFE courses.
3. Upon shortlisted - phone Interview with the Business Manager for about 30 minutes  
4. Aptitude test depends on the nature of the role, for example if it is for software developer vacancy then some technical testing may apply at the discretion of our Head of IT and Development.
5. Two interviews - 1st Business Manager and Functional Lead and 2nd Business Manager and one of the Company Directors.
6. Reference Check conducted by Business Manager
7. Letter of Offer from the Business Manager upon satisfactory reference checks post interviews.

The Company will consider remuneration commensurate with skills and growth opportunities.

The remuneration offered will be a package that includes superannuation.
