We are looking for a friendly, professional and well-presented person to join our team and be the first point of contact for our office and all our clients.

Whilst reception duties will form your main area of focus, you will also lend a supporting hand to our Legal Secretaries and Solicitors.

 About the role 

  • Management of incoming calls,
  • Greeting and attending to clients' needs,
  • Processing payments and receipting of deposits,
  • Collection and processing of mail and deliveries,
  • Being responsible for the presentation of office areas and kitchens,
  • Management and coordination of appointments and meeting rooms,
  • Data entry and database management, and
  • Filing and administration duties.

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of one (1) years' experience in an office or customer service environment,
  • Exceptional phone manner and friendly disposition,
  • Accuracy and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm,
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite,
  • To be a team player who is honest and reliable, and
  • Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised.
