You will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive legal support to your Solicitors',
  • Document preparation,
  • Liaising with clients,
  • Client billing,
  • Answering and transfer of calls, and
  • General administration duties.

To successfully undertake the duties of this position you will possess: 

  • A minimum of a Certificate 3 in Legal Services,
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Advanced organisational skills,
  • Experience in the preparation of precedent Court documents, and
  • Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised.
