Recruitment Process

Disability Support Workers have the privilege of working alongside people every day to ensure they are living a full and active life both in the community and in their home. As a Support Worker you are keen to ensure people feel listened to, valued and that they are capable of being a part of their community. You know that this looks different for everyone. You see contribution as important, and the conversation about human rights is always on the table. We know you'll enjoy learning from us, and we'll learn a lot from you to. You will be able to assist our people with in home direct support, personal care, transportation and being out in the community. Willingness to assist with personal care if required.

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current NSW driver license
  • Willingness to complete a Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate III in Disability Services or Individual Support (desirable)
  • Flexible availability
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Intermediate computer and digital technology skills

We have work available at present the work is only casual we are a small business expending in a growing sector
