What's required:

• Demonstrated experience delivering a quality curriculum and using the environment as the third teacher
• Respectful interactions with children, families and colleagues
• Bachelor Early Childhood Education as recognised by ACECQA
• Ability to bring the NQS & EYLF to life and engage children
• First Aid asthma and anaphylaxis plus CP training. Current WWCC.
• We pay the above Award to all our ECTs and are flexible beyond that for the right experience, skill and overall fit to the needs of the role.
