Rise & Shine Education is a family-owned and operated business with six Rise & Shine Kindergarten ChildCare Centres. We provide exceptional care and high-quality education for children aged six weeks to six years. Our modern centres have been designed to engage young children and provide the best opportunities for children and educators to reach their highest potential.

Recruitment Process

Firstly get to know us by visiting our website, Instagram and Facebook accounts to see what we are all about.

If you like what you see, then please apply with your current resume that outlines all of your relevant experience and work history. Be sure to add a cover letter outlining what appeals to you about Rise & Shine and include your Academic transcript too.

Generally we have a 3 step selection process:
1. Phone interview - to gather general information like clarifying experience and availability and to assess communication skills and motivation for applying
2. In-person Interview - on site at our RSK Centre (Covid restrictions pending) with the Centre Director
3. Reference checks to verify all of the information gathered

There is always something new to learn at Rise & Shine. We have a solid history of supporting our crew to develop and progress from trainee through to Centre Director, from Centre Director to Curriculum Support Manager or Operations Manager.

There is no timeline for promotion, rather career pathways are individualised to match and Educators abilities and motivations. Also bear in mind not everyone wants to be a leader, and we have roles that expand your scope without becoming a nominated supervisor.
