1. Steps for recruitment

• Apply for a job position.
• Phone interview - 5-10 min
• in-person interview - 1-2 hours - Competency Evaluation, Interview with HR Manager and Paperwork.

2. Selection Criteria

Essential requirements:

• Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
• Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate;
• Smart mobile phone;
• Valid Australian Drivers License and car.

A successful candidate will have the following:

• A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people;
• Good written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and their team;
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• High level of time management and organisational ability;
• Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.

• You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients' individual needs in both their home and community
• All of their clients are based on the Northern Beaches
• Shifts are available at all times giving you the opportunity to create your own hours - FLEXIBILITY
• Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super: $28-$70 per hour
• You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own a car to use on shifts
• You MUST be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
