Responsibilities:

Based at our Artarmon Head Office, this diverse role will see you build your ICT support skills with the help of our talented internal team; including but not limited to:

  • Answer and resolve incoming support inquiries via various channels (in person, phone, email etc.)
  • Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and equipment such as laptops, printers, phones, virtual meeting rooms etc
  • Performing hardware and software upgrades
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Requirements

TAFE (Cert II or III) or degree in the relevant information technology field (we will consider candidates still studying who can also commit to full or part-time work hours)

Some recent relevant work experience in the IT service/desk support space would be preferred

Motivated attitude and aptitude for continued learning and development in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Confident and collaborative communication skills consistent with effective customer service.
