Partnering with our business verticals and functions, the Strategy and Ventures team is assisting with their near- and longer-term growth strategies, as well as shaping our 2025 corporate strategy. We are also progressing ResMed’s corporate development agenda, focusing on growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and new business creation.
Please note: This internship is open to 100% remote applicants (candidates must be able to accommodate PDT time zone hours)
This position will contribute to ResMed’s in-house venture studio, the Primary. The Primary is composed of a small, high-performing team that generates and validates new business concepts before full launch. The effort requires this team to discover a large market opportunity and then demonstrate product/market fit and a scalable business model via lean start-up methodologies (minimum viable products, lean experiments, pivots as necessary). The end goal is to launch a new, high-growth business for ResMed. This position will support an idea currently in incubation, identifying potential business models and associated profit potential.

The direction will be given by our Senior Manager of New Business creation as well as our Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the duration of the internship, experienced intrapreneurs with a talent for coaching and development.
