2023 1st/2nd Year Apprentice - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are going to be opening a luxury hair and beauty salon on Oxford Street, Paddington around mid-November and are looking for an apprentice to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to become permanent.

You'll be working alongside an experienced hairdresser and two hair extension and treatment specialists, so there’s a great opportunity for you to develop all-around hair skills and knowledge. Our salon will be focused on delivering premium results without any harsh chemicals, so you’ll learn more about how to maintain the integrity of the client’s hair, whilst still achieving vibrant colours.

What we’re looking for:

• No experience is needed, you just have to have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Greeting clients as they enter the salon, providing refreshments and helping to keep the salon tidy throughout the day
• Basin work - Shampooing, applying hair treatments, head massage
• Assisting our Hairdresser and Stylists with guest services
• Answering the phone and assisting with client bookings via our online booking system
