Recruitment Process

Through the recruitment process with Reggio Emilia, you can expect the following:

1st - Application will be completed. This includes sending your resume and cover letter. We strongly suggest sending a cover letter as this aids the selection process when conducting interviews. This is when you have an opportunity to explain why you think you would be a good fit with us!

2nd - Phone interview will be conducted. The recruitment coordinator will be in touch to conduct a quick phone interview to get to know you a little bit more, and possibly coordinate a face-to-face interview, with Zoom meetings on offer .

3rd - Face to Face interview . This will be conducted at the location of the position with the Centre Manager of the service. Please bring all your documentation, including; qualifications, transcripts, first aid, Photo ID, and two references.

4th - Selection process. This can take up to two weeks, depending on the amount of interviews arranged for the positions. The recruitment coordinator will be in touch whether the candidate is successful or unsuccessful with a window open for the applicant to enquire for feedback.

5th - Onboarding begins for those selected. The successful applicant will be contacted by their Centre manager after the letter of offer has been received, and they will arrange an induction before beginning at the service.
