Recruitment Process

Steps in our recruitment process:

  1. Applicants send in a CV to hr@redohmsgroup.com.au
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a phone interview. If applicants are suitable, a follow-up face-to-face interview will be requested (in person or via Skype/Teams) with the reporting Manager and HR Coordinator.
  3. Reference checks to be conducted on shortlisted applicants after the face to face interview
  4. The successful candidate will be contacted with a job offer.

For entry-level roles, we are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

  • Currently studying or have qualifications in the Science, Health or Environmental disciplines or similar
  • Previous exposure to the health or occupational/industrial hygiene industry
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on the task in hand
  • Highly organised and great at planning work activities
  • Ability to be flexible with working arrangements, site travel according to client requirements
  • Willingness to learn, to guide and be guided
  • Enthusiasm and can-do outlook
  • Be willing to engage with and contribute to a growing dynamic team.


 

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Starting rates are $27/hour + Super for casuals
  • FT Graduate roles, salary starts at $42,918.72 + Super
