Your role will be to receive, acknowledge, diagnose and solve client problems, whilst maintaining a pleasant and friendly approach. You'll be given fantastic opportunities for learning as well as an opportunity to work in a fantastic office with all the perks. 

What you'll do:

  • Become the face of RecordPoint for our customers contacting us via the support desk
  • Working within our global support team, you will be responsible for supporting and operating RecordPoint's cloud-based federated data management platform "as a service" applications to customers around the globe
  • Provide support for our customers using RecordPoint for SharePoint - our SharePoint Add-On Application
  • Own support tickets our customers have raised and use your amazing analytical problem-solving skills to solve technical issues or liaise with our developers to get to the bottom of the problem
  • Communicate with our customers keeping them updated with the status of their issue or query and providing a great experience through to the resolution of the ticket
  • Instill a customer-first culture within RecordPoint
  • Document and share knowledge with the team on problems to continually improve our processes
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests (bugs and enhancements)

What you'll need:

  • A track record of outstanding customer service
  • Experience in working with or supporting production web applications
  • Experience with SharePoint administration
  • Knowledge of networking, web applications, APIs
  • Experience running automation scripts such PowerShell, python, NodeJS
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office365, Enterprise file sync and share applications (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox etc.)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • 2+ years of support desk experience
  • Diploma or certificate in Networking, Information Systems or IT
