What you'll do:
- Become the face of RecordPoint for our customers contacting us via the support desk
- Working within our global support team, you will be responsible for supporting and operating RecordPoint's cloud-based federated data management platform "as a service" applications to customers around the globe
- Provide support for our customers using RecordPoint for SharePoint - our SharePoint Add-On Application
- Own support tickets our customers have raised and use your amazing analytical problem-solving skills to solve technical issues or liaise with our developers to get to the bottom of the problem
- Communicate with our customers keeping them updated with the status of their issue or query and providing a great experience through to the resolution of the ticket
- Instill a customer-first culture within RecordPoint
- Document and share knowledge with the team on problems to continually improve our processes
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests (bugs and enhancements)

What you'll need:
- A track record of outstanding customer service
- Experience in working with or supporting production web applications
- Experience with SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of networking, web applications, APIs
- Experience running automation scripts such PowerShell, python, NodeJS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office365, Enterprise file sync and share applications (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox etc.)
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- 2+ years of support desk experience
- Diploma or certificate in Networking, Information Systems or IT
