There are no siloes, no cubicles, or fixed role titles. One day, you'll be working on the configuration and administration of our general systems environment(s). The next day will be client-facing projects. One day, research and investigation into new software, the next, change and release management.

About You:

  • 3+ years of system implementation or administration experience; Linux and MS.
  • Good knowledge of systems and networking, hardware, and networking protocols.
  • Working knowledge of virtualisation, Azure / AWS or equivalent, and Container technology
  • A coding background would be great.
  • Sys. admin. and IT certifications in Microsoft, Linux and/or other network related fields, if you have them, are a big plus.
  • Adaptable, curious, and tenacious.
  • A solid team player with personal organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team to solve problems and deliver outcomes.
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
  • A positive can-do attitude and integrity in your decision making.
  • A focus on accuracy and timeliness in carrying out your duties.
  • Reliable and flexible approaches to workload and deadlines.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements, design, and support implementations
  • Conduct diagnostics, create design documents, prepare test data, build, and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and document new processes, procedures, and solutions.
  • Carry out the deployment, maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualisation.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to deliver team goals.
  • Work independently and achieve results; remaining flexible and responsive to changes in requirements.
