Recruitment Process

As a tight-knit team, we like to know what we're getting ourselves into. You should also want to know what the people you are going to work with are like. For that reason we have a fairly comprehensive 3 phase interview process.

  1. Initial interview to judge your general temperament
  2. Here, we go deeper into your technical knowledge and understanding.
  3. The final phase helps give the broader management group that warm fuzzy feeling.

Due to the nature of work we do, we also do background checks.
