All of our RECON team come from operational backgrounds allowing us to evaluate and provide guidance that is meaningful and that can be acted upon in a structured and relevant way for business.

Credentials, experience, and knowledge are always paramount. But we are a tight-knit team and the right person will be the one that best fits in as opposed to specifically being the most highly credentialed.

Recruitment Process

As a tight-knit team, we like to know what we're getting ourselves into. You should also want to know what the people you are going to work with are like. For that reason we have a fairly comprehensive 3 phase interview process.

Initial interview to judge your general temperament
Here, we go deeper into your technical knowledge and understanding.
The final phase helps give the broader management group that warm fuzzy feeling.

Due to the nature of work we do, we also do background checks.
