Online interview in a group One on one interview Medication calculations The online interview was good compared to the public system who I felt had a woke approach.

Very slow. Had other offers and GPH was weeks later with their offers. Nearly chose another hospital because of this delay. Also only hearing about rotation at the last minute isn't fair either. Most other hospitals let you know rotation on their offer. Waiting on shifts to the last minute also wasn't great.

The interview process was very quick which I liked as I didn't have to wait months for an answer. The process involved an initial application from where I answered questions about myself and why I wanted to join the company. I included my CV and cover letter with this. The second stage was completing 4 psychometric tests. The next stage after this was an online interview where I recorded my answers to 3 different questions. After this I attended an assessment centre which included a group activity, a presentation and then a 1 to 1 interview.

Quite lengthy and complicated.

4 round recruitment process. We had some psychometric and logical reasoning tests, then a pre-recorded online interview answering questions as they appeared on the screen, then a virtual assessment centre working on a case study scenario and an individual interview with people from Ramsay/Elysium

Interview process was very professional but also very relaxed it was not intimidating or awkward like other interviews I have had in the past

Very professional and simple way to hire a nurse with accurate background and skill checks.

I found the interview process straight forward, it didn't feel like there were so many hoops to jump through and a long wait to find out the result. The people that interviewed me were down to earth and friendly, not intimidating.

Formal interview process is very professional, management will listen to existing staff for referrals of potential new staff

The recruitment process was tough - with lots of different stages to get through. After completing the application, we had to complete psychmetric tests and reasoning tests. Then, there was an online interview, and then a assessment day where we had to prepare a presentation, complete a teamwork activity and complete another interview.

It was much related to my experience as a student nurse and how I dealth with everything. Except this there was a activity to observe how able you are to cut the cost of expenses of hospital as a responsible nurse while providing appropriate care.

General preparation.

I would advise them to just be themselves. They should also do some research and find out as much as they can about the company and their values as this is a very big part of the company. They should practice their presentation skills and always ask questions at the end of the interview.

Be present, there and then. Listen and show consideration for other's input, stay focused on time and topic. Sort of be yourself. Sort of.

Be patient but reach out and ask questions if need more information. Come with an open mind, friendly attitude and hard working ethic.

Just be yourself. Be open and honest with your intentions. Clear professional communication and show that you are a caring compassionate person because the Ramsay way is people caring for people

I usually just tell them that the group interview is a case study, normally surgical and think about what you would do for a deteriorating surgical patients. 1:1 interviews, I tell them the questions I was asked and think about what your answers to those questions would be.

I would simply say be yourself and treat every opportunity you get to ask questions as an opportunity to show your intrest.
