No formal telemarketing experience is required for this role but we do require candidates to have exceptional communication skills, are driven with a demonstrated ability to meet KPI's and have the ability to be motivated in a team orientated, high performing work culture.

Once your application has been received you may be selected for a phone interview within the next 1-5 business days. This will take 10-20 minutes with one of our Recruitment team members.
The final stage would then be coming to our office for an in-person group interview with our Recruitment Team and General Manager and this could take up to 2 hours.
The base rate as a Telefundraiser is $26.49 per hour, if you work past 7pm the hourly rate increases to $33.42.
There is an uncapped weekly bonus if you exceed KPI targets.
Progression is available for management roles within our call centre such as Shift Leader, Campaign Manager and Training Manager and progression plans and training can start within three months.
