My pay is fairly standard for my role

As a graduate I feel my pay is competitive within the market.

My pay is probably about average for a graduate position

The starting pay for a graduate role seems standard for the industry, though nothing exceptional, and would not be a liveable wage for me to be financially independent. However, I do believe that I will be getting a pay increase once I've moved past this graduate role onto a more stable salary.

I believe the pay is fair for the graduate program and is also good coming off the graduate program. We do also have good staff benefits and if you are around for at least a year, depending on how well the business is doing that financial year, there is a decent staff bonus in the form of a voucher that you can spend on products from the business (accommodation, restaurants, solar panels).

Pay is great, very happy with that. Grads missed out on this years bonus because we started 30 days too late.

Discounted company products are the main benefit for me - discounted insurance and accommodation at resorts are the benefits that I have used, though other benefits will come in time.

Best perks: Free gym, bathrooms, showers, hair straightener/dryer, lockers, iron. RACV club membership after a year of employment. Discounted insurance. Discounted mattresses from the provider that supplies mattresses for the resorts.

We have discounts to RACV products, such as 50% insurance, as well as corporate perks with other business, such as Apple, Lexus, etc. We are also automatically RACV members, getting access to member benefits, as well as becoming a club member after 12 months of employment.
