Managers are extremely accessible and are there to support your growth and business. Strict, honest but constructive criticism. Praise and recognition are justifiably given.

This is highly dependent on the manager, and I've experienced a range of quality. In general, the people leaders in charge of individual teams tend to be very responsive, supportive, happy to assist, and provide feedback. In a graduate role however, my direct manager has never been one of these people leaders, and so I was the only person that they were managing. This was a bit more variable, because having less managerial experience means that some of them were not as responsive or attentive as they could have been.

From my experience managers are accommodating, and are very approachable. They give feedback as required and are generally great to work with. Our division has a praise and recognition meeting fortnightly where we highlight great work from our teams

Managers are great, work very closely with them and they provide valuable feedback

Managers can sometimes be hard to organise time with as they are in lots of meetings all the time. We have regular divisional wide meetings where people do shout outs and recognise team achievements. My team have meetings every three months where we do shoutouts and recognise the team's achievements also. I receive direct feedback from my manager in weekly 1:1 meetings. There are also enterprise-wide quarterly recognition awards.

The managers I have worked under have been highly supportive and approachable, promoting open communication across the team. This also enables frequent opportunities for informal feedback and recognition as need arises.

Fairly easy to communicate and catch-up with Managers regularly and seek their feedback.

Managers are friendly, open and happy to share their knowledge and wisdom. They utilise many forms of internal communication to share their thoughts, provide updates and outline objectives. Managers are transparent about employee performance and provide recognition for high quality work.

Managers are accessible, but again varies on rotation. Some are less accessible than others due to being higher on the org chart and having more people reaching out to them, but generally are still good for a chat to talk about how things are going. Out of the three I have had so far, the two I have connected with the most have made very good mentors and offered great advice for my rotation within their team and beyond. All offer praise for good work and recognise when things are hard/might be too much for a grad.

All of my managers have been extremely supportive and fantastic mentors. They're always up to act as a soundboard for any ideas I might have, actively care about and foster my learning goals and development, and always give very helpful and constructive feedback to assist my learning.
