Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Recruitment in my workplace follows a strict process. It all feels very secretive to avoid any conflicts of interest. However, the selection process is based on order of merit which can create opportunities.

The interview process was very welcoming and felt natural.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2024
It was pretty straightforward, no stupid assessments, no unnecessary forms. we just had to fill a form and had to upload an Youtube video's link, introducing myself. Then in an interview I was asked about my previous experience and my skillset related to the job that agency was looking for. Once you crack that, they do the background checks and that's it
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2024
Hiring process was relatively responsive, but could be somewhat better. Could use greater visibility on application process and down-time. (E.g., "Your application is being reviewed by TMR, etc.")
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2024
The hiring process was great I enjoyed the interviews and they were very interactive and recruited great people with me. However the only issue which is a great fail in my opinion is the time it took to get feedback that I was successful since my first phone call it took almost 6 months to get the final word with 2 other online Teams interviews so I guess they had to make sure they only recruited the best but it took a very long time and if something else came past I might have grabbed that first.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2024
This process was different to other positions, particularly because this was part of a program rather than an individual position. Once through the program needs (forms, introduction video etc), there process was very quick doing a Teams interview with a two-person panel and then an informal phone call. I was hired within the space of two-weeks after initial contact.
