The Performance Coordinator is an entry level role where you will support the wider performance team and begin to learn the fundamentals of performance buying, reporting and analysis. You will coordinate aspects of campaign creation and performance management across all performance media channels including paid search, social and programmatic.
- Working as part of an agile team with our customer, a typical day might involve:
- Supporting the Performance Executives and Managers workload with smaller campaign set-ups and management across paid search, social and programmatic channels
- Running daily campaign data reports to monitor performance and flag any performance issues
- Completing all campaign and competitive reporting
- Ensuring all reporting/pacing/finance and administration documents are completed on time and within the relevant client deadlines, with 100% accuracy
- Working with the team to agree on action plans, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Some stuff that will help you get the job:
- Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Can confidently analyse data, and write compelling insights
- Enthusiastic, keen to learn, proactive, and a positive attitude
- A high attention to detail and time management as well as organisational skills
- Strong ability to develop relationships with the media and clients
- Ability to be flexible and agile to adjust to changing media landscape as well as team, media and client demands
