About the opportunity:
As part of the HX Partnerships team, the Performance/Precision Co-ordinator plays a key support role, assisting the team in the setting up of Performance campaigns (that's advertising that is tracked and evaluated based on key measurements such as clicks, impressions, sales, app downloads or email sign-ups for example). Performance media requires lots of ongoing refinement and optimisation so your role focuses on coordinating aspects of a campaign and looking at reporting and analysis across different channels such as paid search (the top adverts when you search or ranking on Google), programmatic (using automated technology for media buying) and social (the use of social media platforms in advertising). As a valued member of the team, the Coordinator is responsible for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of Never Standing Still.

Key Outputs:

  • Support the team in setting up Performance campaigns across primarily paid search as well as social and programmatic channels
  • Support the management of client campaigns, and that they meet the highest standard
  • Implement and optimise biddable programs and campaigns with support from an Executive and or Managers
  • Management and delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation
  • Collate/process data for regular campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, competitive reports, and invoicing/reconciliation

Skills and experience:

  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Interest in digital media, with a skew to performance-led marketing
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems, including finance systems, timesheets, industry tools in digital media buying, and team ways of working
  • Strong Excel skills are highly desirable
  • Attention to detail that is second to none
  • Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
  • A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others
  • A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead
  • Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
