We are currently on the lookout for the next rising star of our team – a Data Analyst – the position is based in Southbank, Melbourne with hybrid working flexibility. This role is a junior level position and candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who have an interest in growing their career in data analysis are welcome to apply. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. We are looking for someone whose critical thinking is fuelled by curiosity. This will enable your creative thinking to solve business problems clients face by using data as a weapon and proactively stay ahead of the game. You will also have an insatiable thirst for understanding the context our clients operate in and helping teams execute powerful cross-channel marketing solutions powered by data-driven initiatives. You’ll receive exposure to a range of data-driven disciplines: deciphering client databases to create segmentation profiles; creating visually aesthetic & intuitive reports and; conceptualising reporting frameworks which all come together and creates wonder for our clients.

In line with Digitas’ go-to-market value proposition to clients, you’ll be helping clients understand their customers’ behaviours and interactions throughout the customer journey. You’ll support clients in constantly improving how well they understand the identity and the needs of their various customer groups.
