You'll be responsible for:

Business

• Take on tasks directed to you by the team leader to help keep projects on track internally and stakeholders informed
• Understanding your clients' business, being fully aware of the market, consumer and current issues affecting each category
• Understanding consumers and sourcing intelligence on consumer trends/product related topics
• Know the client Brand Guidelines to ensure all communications are on brand and meet requirements

Process

• Deliver projects to deadline and budget with accuracy
• Update internal and external agency WIP reports
• Develop clear written briefs/debriefs and project documentation
• Take notes and write Contact reports for client meetings, important detailed phone calls and WIP meetings within 48hrs
• Maintain client filing system
• Gain approval of Creative Briefs, estimates/timelines, Internal concept review, copy, concepts and final artwork by relevant parties
• Keep other internal teams up to date daily on timelines and budgets
• Develop accurate estimates and re-estimates and gain approval of these
• Update Traffic/ production, proof artwork, follow correct approvals, obtain print and delivery information, brief proofreader, book meetings and invite relevant attendees
• Develop Material Instructions based on accurate specifications from Media schedules
• Complete daily timesheets
• Assist invoicing procedure and keep track of costs against the JDR maintaining an estimate tracker
• Implement campaign analysis for each campaign

People

• Supporting all members of your team on their respective tasks assigned
• Alerting your manager (s) of any real or perceived client issues
• Effectively prioritising your workload and ensuring that your team are constantly kept informed on your progress of any given task

Desired Skills and Experience:

• The organisation, communication, administrative, interpersonal
• Tertiary qualified in a Communications/Marketing discipline preferred. This role would also suit someone who has an interest in or has studied Medicine or Science.
• Preferably some advertising or communications agency experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
