About the role

Do you consider yourself an efficient yet social admin genius? We want to hear from you!  Supporting our team of medico-legal experts, your duties will include and won’t be limited to:

  • Nurturing positive connections with our valued referring clients
  • Managing the end to end referral and assessment process (generating quotes and invoices; delivering comprehensive reports; promptly attending to inquiries).
  • Schedule and manage medico-legal home, telehealth and clinic-based appointments.
  • Supporting medico-legal experts with administration support and finalising reports to always meet our promises.
  • Database management, ensuring records are kept up to date.

Skills and experience

This role would suit an individual with aspirations of growing their professional administrative experience with us.  Reliable, organised, conscientious and curious are the attributes that will set you up for success. Comprehensive on the job training is provided.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail orientation, problem solving and organised in all aspects of work.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and support others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), cloud-based booking and workflow software.
  • Prior administration assistance and / or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
