Over the last 30 years, we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We're looking for a motivated Logistics Administrator/Coordinator to join our team and provide support with a variety of tasks. We are searching for someone with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop their careers in the transport/ supply chain industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day administration tasks, including maintaining computer-based systems, office housekeeping;
  • Assist claims team with processing all new incoming claims;
  • Maintain details notes within Data Management System (DMS);
  • Raise relevant Purchase Orders within TechOne for approval;
  • Prepare and send all new vendor requests to the accounts team;
  • Liaising with internal and external customers;
  • Investigate claims within internal systems in conjunction with relevant state stakeholders;
  • Provide claim review & resolution;
  • And this is just the beginning……

Broader ad hoc opportunities

  • Assisting on a variety of activities and projects within the Priority Transport team or the Commercial Analyst team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a great attitude;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Flexible - ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work requirements;
  • Good initiative and quick to learn;
  • A team player.
