We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care support provider, ideally with knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), to enhance the quality of life for a woman in her early 60s with severe memory issues. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Engaging in community activities and outings.
• Assisting with shopping, both personal and grocery.
• Accompanying to appointments.
• Filling memory gaps with guidance from the younger sister.
• Offering one-on-one care on Tuesday or Sunday afternoons.
• Flexibility to cover care gaps when other carers are unavailable.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in care support, especially with TBI knowledge.
• Compassion and patience.
• Ability to provide companionship and encouragement.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to work as part of a supportive team of carers.
