Cadet/Building Inspector - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are currently looking to employ a Cadet Building Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be a graduate that is interested in the construction industry and looking for some practical experience.

Our team consists of Unrestricted and Restricted Building Surveyors/Certifiers working across an extensive range of projects. Our experienced team is willing to assist in training and supporting the cadet role to promote confidence and a well-rounded skill set in the certification sector that can easily progress into an ongoing certification career, or another career within the construction industry. 

The role will consist of assisting our Building Surveyors/Certifiers with projects including collating documentation for approval, learning key assessment objectives, becoming familiar with the Building Code and NSW legislation as well as providing general support to the team in technical administrative capacities. 

In terms of pre-requisites, we’re looking for a switched on individual with a positive and proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and sound skills with Microsoft Office.
