Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position that is flexible upon your uni schedule but requires at least 3 days a week 9 AM - 5:30 PM.

What You Will Do:

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers purchasing needs, communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and suppliers.
• Converting leads and transferring calls to sales
• General parts interpretation
• Processing of orders via phone/emails
• Developing great relationships with your customer base

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be a problem solver.
• Proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
• Fluent English, good computer skills
