What You Will Do:

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers purchasing needs, communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and suppliers.
• Converting leads and transferring calls to sales
• General parts interpretation
• Processing of orders via phone/emails
• Developing great relationships with your customer base

Who We Need:

• Previous automotive parts experience, however, is not a prerequisite.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude and is both dependable and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be a problem solver.
• Proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
• Fluent in English, good computer skills
• Graphic design & social media experience is beneficial
