As a Mortgage Processor, you will join an energetic team that works collaboratively across the bank to process Mortgage Loan Documentation and Mortgage Settlements.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate completion of Mortgage Settlement documentation in a timely manner, providing instructions and guiding multiple stakeholders through the discharge process before engaging Police Bank solicitors.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Ensuring accurate completion of Mortgage Settlement documentation to meet deadlines.
  • Handling and responding to member enquiries over the phone or via electronic mediums.
  • Accurately detailing loan details into Police Bank's Retail Banking system.
  • Effectively compile and maintain Title Deed packets in a secure environment
  • Providing instructions within timeframes on Mortgage Discharges to Police Bank solicitors.

What is essential for this role?

  • Tertiary qualification and/or have strong office administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Mortgage Processing environment
  • Demonstrated experience within Retail Banking systems in a Lending Environment
  • Overall understanding of the legal process around Mortgage Processing
  • Knowledge of related industry standards
