We are looking for professional-minded Disability Support Carers (not just workers) to support our participants within the South West and Western Sydney areas. This includes in-home personal care and access to the community.

Our services operate Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 11 pm.

Our participants range from mild to severe high complex care from ages 4 - 67.

We have company vehicles which are all modified and easy for our carers to drive.

We are a great team and value input from all staff. We work collaboratively to ensure both participants and staff receive a high level of care, support and assistance.

We pay the above award (SCHADS) wages and this is negotiated based on the level of experience and education.

Job Type and Category

You will commence this position as a casual with the potential to move to permanent part or full-time. We do offer a regular, consistent roster, however, all positions commence as casual with the possibility of extending to permanent part-time or full-time.

We are family-friendly and work closely and flexibly with all staff to ensure the needs of staff, as well as the organisation, are met.

You will need to be available to work weekends, as well as weekdays and hours of rostered services, which vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.

As a Plan Wise Living carer, you will be employed under the SCHADS (home care) award and be paid above award rates.
