Chef de Partie - TAFE Students Preferred null

Pino's Dolce Vita is one of Sydney's most famous Butchers and Salumi makers, being featured across national and international press since it was established over 43 years ago.

Inspired by its Italian heritage, Pino's has reimagined the classic butcher with the addition of a sit-down menu inspired by the concept of 'paddock to plate'.

With plans to grow our kitchen offering and also commence dinner service, we are looking for a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team under the direction of our head chef Jason.

The role:

We are looking for a skilled chef de Partie that's ready to take the next leap in their career:

Must be:

• Experienced with an exceptional eye to detail (minimum 3 years experience required)
• Fast-moving and have the ability to cook over the grill
• Understanding and appreciation for quality produce
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Appreciation and understanding for modern Italian cuisine
• Able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday (evenings included)
• Understanding of catering menus and function menus
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
