Your role

Graduates will undergo structured support and mentorship from seasoned professionals. This comprehensive approach will provide them with exposure to industry dynamics, and formal post-graduate education, and equip them with unparalleled knowledge and expertise, ultimately distinguishing them within their field.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for various projects, both large and small, encompassing complex and technically advanced aspects
  • Preparing tender documentation, and offering technical advice across multiple divisions including estimating, drafting, accounting, contract administration and project delivery
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing to overall business efficiency

About you

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a completed or near-completion double degree in Electrical Engineering and Commerce, Business, Law, or Finance. However, exceptional graduates with a single Electrical Engineering degree will also be considered. 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Effective listening and communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities
    Proficient problem-solving skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
    Adeptness at working in teams and demonstrating a "can-do" mindset

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a current driver's license and have access to a vehicle
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia is a must
  • An interest in resilience, cost control, contract management, business continuity, and finance is highly desirable

Please note that applicants must be Australian citizens or hold permanent residency status and should have obtained their degree in 2023 or be in the process of completing it in 2024.
