Representing PENTAX Medical Endoscopy Systems and products such as the PlasmaTYPHOON endoscope drying & storage system, you will provide high quality support for customers, and using excellent customer communication skills, you will build professional relationships with a wide range of customers within the industry.

The NSW Field Service Technician’s prime objective is to deliver preventative maintenance, routine maintenance checks, breakdown, and equipment installation assistance for customers.

Enthusiasm, motivation, and good communication skills are needed to be successful in this position. We seek someone that is seeking the opportunity to develop a career, with a long-standing and reputable organization. Proven experience with electronics and a solid mechanical knowledge is desired, but not mandatory.

You will work closely with customers to provide the best possible level of service in the marketplace to ensure equipment/instrumentation remains in prime working order. This involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, safety testing and installation/upgrading of associated equipment in line with manufacturer specifications. This position may require you to work on site (hospitals), in our Sydney workshop, or offering advice via email or phone.
