Position Overview: 

Dedicated 2nd or 3rd year apprentices wanted to join our Horticultural & Turf Management team. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment while contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our world-class golf course and an opportunity to be involved in the upcoming course redesign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day horticultural and turf management operations under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Participate in the maintenance and care of the golf course, including mowing, irrigation, pest and disease control, and landscaping projects.
• Golf buggies, gators, and other top course maintenance equipment.
• Gain hands-on experience in the identification and treatment of plant and turf issues, ensuring the health and vitality of the course.
• Maintain lush Clubhouse gardens, creeks and the forest boundaries.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for horticulture, turf management, and a genuine interest in golf course maintenance.
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
