We are on the hunt for an Office Admin Manager to be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of our fast-paced office. You’ll be responsible for keeping track of our office admin, in order to assist and facilitate the day to day operations of the wider business. You’ll be the first port of call for the business, meaning you’ll be required to balance external and internal stakeholders and bring positive energy to everything you do.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the role requires an approachable, organised individual with an enthusiastic can-do attitude. You’ll be someone who loves to collaborate, gets amped by big ideas and not be afraid to get your hands dirty to build an enjoyable workplace culture for everyone.

You’ll be joining the operations team during a new era at Pedestrian Group, helping support our newest commercial properties and partnerships including Pedestrian.TV, Pedestrian Jobs, Lifehacker, Gizmodo, Kotaku, VICE, Refinery29 and heritage titles such as Business Insider. From time to time, there may be an opportunity to support other areas of the business, such as editorial, events and creative studio as required.

Great people can come from any walks of life, but 2+ years of relevant office management or admin experience under your belt would set you up perfectly for this role.

As our preferred candidate, you will have:

  • The desire to work in an unparalleled company culture where career development is fostered and wins are celebrated
