The Commis Chef Role:

• Ability to demonstrate creativity and flair and have a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Preparation and production of buffet and a la carte food items for our Food and Beverage venues and Banquets operation
• Ensure that the kitchen is maintained to the minimum standards required by the company and the Law. (HACCP)
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours, self-motivated and enjoy working within a dynamic environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• A passion for food, and delivering a great experience to your guests
• The relevant trade qualifications and the relevant matching experience in a 4-5 star environment
• Familiar with current food trends and products
• High level of understanding and implementation of HACCP compliance
