2022/23 Tradesperson / Leading Hand null

At Outdoor Establishments, every one of our gardens is drawn, built and maintained by the hands of our skilful and passionate team of architects, designers, landscapers, carpenters, stonemasons & horticulturists. We are currently looking for a qualified tradesperson to join us.

The successful applicant must:

• Hold a Certificate III in Landscape, Horticulture or other relevant trade certificate. 
• Be confident and competent in all aspects of landscape construction.
• Be motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Have a current driver's license. 

The position involves:

• Both practical and managerial aspects.
• Working with a small team of individuals ranging from apprentices, tradespeople, and other sub-contractors. 
• Constructing residential gardens.
• Interpreting construction plans.
• Keeping track of labour and material costs to ensure jobs are delivered under budget.
