The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is in a phase of growth and is in search of the next clinician to join their team! This role involves becoming part of a national team of over 50 consultants dedicated to delivering clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, aiding them in returning to their optimal state of living. The position entails working with national and state-based clients.
As a member of the team, you will have the privilege of supporting clients in their personal development and growth, actively contributing to the achievement of their objectives. Building strong relationships with clients will play a crucial role in supporting their health outcomes throughout their rehabilitation process.
Your responsibilities will include conducting a range of assessments and interventions in diverse settings such as family homes, workplaces, medical facilities, clinics, and/or ORS offices. By incorporating best practices in health engagements, you will help guide our clients toward successful rehabilitation outcomes at every stage of their journey.
If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
