Your role

Reporting to the Workplace Experience Coordinator this a highly diverse role with the main focus - on creating a positive experience for anyone that enters and uses Origin's workplace. 

Day to day you’ll be responsible for: 

• Meeting and greeting visitors, meeting room operations and bookings, communications, emergency, and security management, mail, events, and catering 
• Providing an interface between your back-of-house/operational peers and the business 
• Visitor and contractor controls 
• Supporting space planning discussions with the business 
• Taking pride in the physical workplace and the experience of it

Salary & benefits

Roles in the Energy & Utilities industry may earn an average of A$65,000 to A$70,000. (Source: Prosple Salary Guide)

About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator with a strong history of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 

To be selected for an interview you will need to demonstrate: 

• The ability to prioritise a diverse workload 
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands 
• An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels 
• Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products 
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a large organisation
