The ideal candidates for these highly sought positions will be able to satisfy most, if not all, of the following attributes

• Ability and willingness to relocate to Wagga (ideally) or to another regional centre to support the existing client base
• Strong technical background as a mechanic, auto electrician, instrument fitter or similar, with a real passion for providing solutions and delivering excellence
• Systems and administration competency
• Naturally inquisitive and genuine with the ability to engage with clients through your honesty and credibility
• Flexible, resilient and adaptable, enjoying travel to all parts of Australia, often for several days or more at a time
• Mature, organised and disciplined with the capacity to consistently meet client deadlines
• A great communicator who appreciates that clear, consistent and honest messaging is needed at all times
• Ambitious to learn and grow as the company achieves continuing success
